- Of US origin. It has a weak, spreading tree.
- The fruit is medium-large, sweet and juicy. The flesh is creamy white.
- The skin color is bright red over a yellow-green background.
- Fruit is harvested during the fourth week of September and the first week of October.
- Full bloom to harvest is 145–155 days.
- Pollinators: Golden Delicious and similar varieties; Scarlet Spur, Golden Delicious and similar; Granny Smith, Gala group, Fuji and Braeburn.
- Commercially valuable fruit with good coloration.
